An annual initiative of the CIO & C-Suite Club, provides a vital platform for African women in technology and beyond to connect, collaborate, and innovate. Held yearly, this event offers a nurturing space for women to network, relax, and engage in discussions covering a wide array of topics.
With a mission to cultivate a more diverse, inclusive, and progressive technology industry, the program underscores the importance of embracing diversity for enhanced creativity and innovation. The inaugural edition, hosted in March 2023 at the Gaia Restaurant in Victoria Island, drew participation from accomplished C-level women representing diverse sectors nationwide.

The second edition of our Ladies in Tech event themed Empower Her: Breaking Barriers & Building Bridges was dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in technology. This event took place on the 24th of May 2024 at Grenadine Restaurant, Victoria Island, Lagos. The LIT initiative aims to bridge the gender gap in the tech industry and provide a supportive community for women to grow, learn, and succeed.
The room was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of community, as our attendees celebrated the power of ladies in tech. The event also featured a lively and entertaining session, where ladies let loose and showcased their talents at the karaoke, belting out their favorite tunes and enjoying each other’s company. Amidst the laughter and fun, meaningful connections were forged, and potential collaborations were born. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we’re grateful to have shared it with such an amazing group of women.
