Edniesal Consulting Limited (‘ECL’) is an Enterprise Governance firm providing business consultancy services to organisations, both large and small. The firm is also a major contributor to the agenda for the digital acceleration of Africa through the CIO projects. 

It was established in June 2020 as one-stop corporate services firm. We provide advisory services and offer ideas, plans, strategy, information, statistics and all assistance suited for the incorporation, establishment, expansion, proper conduct and prudent running of any business. These services are driven by our creative, experienced and astute governance professionals. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with partners in other parts of Africa, UK, US and Canada. We work with our partners and clients through a collaborative approach to deliver innovative solutions in general corporate business services including Privacy & Data Protection, Secretarial Services, Corporate Governance, Business Consulting, Administrative oversights, Transactional Services, Real Estate and Property Development Services, Compliance and Risk Management.

Edniesal established the CIO Projects including the CIO Awards Africa, the CIO Club Africa and the Ladies-In-Tech Networking Initiative between the year 2020 and 2023. These are all laudable initiatives to drive the agenda for the digital transformation of Africa across different segments.
Edniesal is managed by a Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team led by Abiola Laseinde. It is also privileged to have a vibrant community of volunteers overseeing the affairs of the CIO Projects including a Board of Trustees for the CIO Club Africa, an Executive Leadership Council and the CIO Awards Planning Team.
